Over 60 motorcyclists signed up for the annual Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride in Kelowna.

Local organizer Rob Siddon said the ride started in 2012 in Australia and has taken place locally for about five years.

"We're raising funds for men's mental health issues as well as prostate cancer research."

Riders gathered at M&M Performance on McCurdy Road in dapper attire for breakfast brought in by 350 Bakehouse before touring around the city starting at about 10 a.m.

Riders returned to M&M around noon for lunch catered by Milestones and free trims from Sports Cuts.

The Kelowna ride raised an estimated $23,000.

"To date, this organization has raised over $50 millionU.S. dollars," Siddon said, adding that globally there was about 105,000 riders in 105 countries.
